Designed for longer treks and summer ascents, the G TREK 5 GORETEX hiking boots for men are geared with a stable and durable Vibram® Nanga Litebase sole to combat the most demanding terrains. These semi-rigid boots, which can be fitted with crampons, are made of very strong Italian nubuck leather with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane. They offer excellent support around the ankle, while being padded inside to remain really comfortable. These shoes come with two inner soles so if need be one of them can be removed to adapt to a wider foot. Our G TREK boots are designed to give you a perfect fit and are supplied with double insoles. If you have a wider foot: remove the second (lower) insole to gain more space. Remove both insoles to do this, then refit the upper midsole only. If you have a regular width foot: leave both insoles in place.
